Set within beautifully landscaped grounds, the house features a meticulously crafted Portland Stone façade in a classical style. The grand scale is continued inside with a large entrance hall, double-height ceiling, and sweeping marble staircase. Two sets of fire-rated Envo Steel double doors were specified for this area. Fire resistant to EW30 and with smoke seals, the doors separate the living spaces from the outstanding spiral staircase. The positioning of these steel-glazed doors also ensures the flow of natural light from the adjoining kitchen and reception rooms whilst allowing sound and heat insulation.

Specified in RAL 8019 Grey Brown finish, the double steel doors are in our 4-panel Bolton design with Piet lever handle and fire-rated clear glass.

Separating the open-plan kitchen diner and neighboring reception rooms are 2 pairs of Envo Steel double sliding pocket doors in a matching design and RAL. The pocket kit features soft open and close for premium, silent motion. Another pocket door, leading to a tv room, features a fixed screen to the side.

For the swimming pool and wellness wing, an Envo Steel fire-rated hinged door was selected. This door features an electronic lock and is crafted from Stainless Steel to ensure the highest level of water protection. It is further enhanced with a durable 2-layer powder coat in RAL 8019.

A second hinged door in our Parkside design opens onto the gym and a fixed steel-glazed screen that overlooks the full-sized indoor swimming pool.
