Fixed screens enhance architectural design. They widen doorways, harmonize with stair balustrades, and offer privacy with textured glass.
These are available with EW30 and EW60 fire ratings to BS 476: part 22: 1987.
To give the illusion of a wider opening without having extra large doors, fixed screens allow the light and visual appearance of a much wider opening without any of the inconvenience.

The Envo Steel glazed fixed screen can be supplied in a range of 40mm, 50mm, and 60mm thicknesses. The maximum dimensions are driven by the maximum size for the chosen glass type: 1500mm x 3500mm covers most types but larger is possible.
For the fire-rated version, the maximum structural opening should be 2500mm high x 2650mm wide.
