Set in a sprawling country estate, this project by Kwint Architects pulls together natural materials of blackened wood facades and thatched roofs with a thoroughly modern glass pivot door. This entrance door, although large in scale, was designed to have minimal impact on the visual of the exterior. Instead, it provides the perfect frame to view the picturesque surroundings.
Using the FritsJurgens System One, the door is both fluid and silent in movement, ideal for its peaceful location. Automatic drop-seals provide exceptional protection against drafts and moisture.
