Completed in 2024, the Aspen at Consort Place is a mixed-use development by FEC (Far East Consortium) and Pilbrow & Partners. Aspen consists of 495 prime residential apartments. At 65 stories high, it is the third-tallest residential building in Canary Wharf. Envo collaborated with the developers and architects on over 600 door sets, including timber sliding and flush doors for the Aspen apartments and the adjoining Dorset hotel.
Overlooking the River Thames, Aspen was designed to complement the famous Canary Warf silhouette whilst focusing on a sense of community. It is joined by a connecting hotel, the Dorset, and Alta, a 34 story shared ownership apartment block.
Aspen consists of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments with access to impeccable on-site amenities including a wellness suite, private dining, wine room, and winter garden. The 63rd floor facilities offer 180 degree unobscured panoramic views.
Forming part of the wider door schedule, Envo was involved in 610 sliding and jib door sets used across the Aspen apartments and Dorset hotel.
